How much did ken block's rally car cost?

Ken Block's latest rally car cost $500,000, but it isn't street legal and it wouldn’t exactly be pleasant to drive daily!

Block’s vehicle is a custom-built 650-horsepower Ford Fiesta rally car. This is the fifth rally car in a series of gymkhana-style productions financed by DC Shoes, the apparel company co-founded by Block in 1993.

“The goal is to always make the next one better, which is tough, because every time I finish one of these I think it’s the best one yet,” says the X Games RallyCross silver medalist on his latest car.

Block’s next competition will be round four of the Global RallyCross Championship in New Hampshire on July 14th. Then he travels to Scandanavia, to race WRC Finland.
