How many hours can i work and still draw full unemployment in the state of illinois?
Not legal advice: Benefits are reduced based on how much you are earning at the part-time job, not how many hours you are working. With a part-time job, you will receive a partial benefit which is equal to the difference between the earnings that exceed 50% of your weekly benefit and your total weekly benefit amount. For example, if your weekly benefit amount is $150 and you earn $85 at a part-time job, your benefit will be reduced by $10 ($85-$150*50%) to $140. For more questions, call 800-244-5631.
