To access “Party Play” in Skate 3 for Xbox 360 you must buy the San Van Party Park for 560 MS points or $6.65.
Included in the pack is a new area made up of the Art Gallery and Regz from Skate 1.
Attached to the back of Regz is Marraffa Skate Park. The park includes bowls, ledges, stairs, handrails, and more.
Skate 3 was released on May 11, 2010 for the Xbox 360, it currently sells for $19.99 at Amazon.com.
