How can you make yourself pee at a drug test when you dont need to go?
Not Medical advice: The best way/method of getting yourself to urinate for a drug test is to be sure you are well hydrated. Just before the test you should drink at least 8 full glasses of water. You don't need to over do it (which can be dangerous), just make sure you are fully hydrated right before the test and you should have an easy time providing the sample that you need.
