The Dark Knight Rises is the third and final film in Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy. It is a sequel to the 2005 Batman Begins and the 2008 The Dark Knight.
James Holmes was recently arrested for the July 20 shooting rampage at a midnight showing of the film. He now faces 24 counts of first-degree murder and 116 counts of attempted murder.
