Man did live in the last Ice Age. Scientists say that the last Ice Age cycle lasted around 60,000 to 20,000 years before present day. Studies suggest that a small group of people of around 10,000 most likely journeyed from Africa between 50,000 to 100,000 years ago and populated the planet. Evidence shows that 10,000 years ago an estimated 5 million people inhabited the earth.
