Not Medical Advice: While it is somewhat possible to fail a drug test due to second hand smoke from marijuana, it is not very likely to occur. In any well ventilated area, one need not be too concerned so long as one isn't smoking themselves. It is more likely that in a confined space, with little or no ventilation, a non-smoker surrounded by smokers could inhale enough second hand smoke to test positive for drug use.
