Passante is in the middle of a lawsuit right now; she's accusing website owner Hunter Moore of posting faked video footage and photos of her in sexual situations! In her suit she says that's she's been physically ill, suffered loss of sleep, and anxiety after finding out about the photos and video.

In addition to the upset from the images, it turns out that many people that downloaded the video found their computers were infected with a virus, and she feels terrible about this as well, wanting to make sure that everyone knows she has had nothing to do with this.

Another Storage Wars member is involved in a lawsuit too, only this one is against the show itself. Dave Hester's been booted from the show and is suing for unfair firing. In an interesting twist, his lawsuit suggests that the network paid for a female cast member’s plastic surgery to increase her sex appeal and make her more appealing to viewers.
